That usually means helping the leadership team get clear on where the company is going, what matters most right now, who owns what, and how to build a rhythm that keeps the business moving.
I bring a practical operatorā€™s perspective to this work. I grew up in a family business, spent many years owning and building companies, launched a fintech business, operated a franchise business, and worked in executive search helping companies find senior leaders.
I have seen growth from a lot of angles: the excitement, the complexity, the cash pressure, the people issues, the founder dependency, and the difficulty of getting a leadership team truly aligned.
