As a Founder, Certified Scaling Up Coach, and Fractional Marketing Leader, my mission is to empower leaders and their organizations to achieve clarity and confidence in their growth strategies—creating thriving businesses that transform the lives of employees, customers, and communities.

 

I began this coaching practice because I saw too many capable leaders stuck in “firefighter mode”—working in the business instead of on it. Over time, their companies begin to run their lives rather than the other way around. As Jim Rohn said, “Either you run the day, or the day runs you.”

 

I exist to help leaders take back control. Using the proven Scaling Up framework, I equip CEOs and executive teams with practical tools to set strategic direction, align priorities, strengthen organizational health, and execute with discipline. My focus is on helping teams create a clear vision, develop measurable plans, and build accountability rhythms to achieve sustainable, scalable growth—without unnecessary chaos or burnout.

 

At the same time, I serve as a fractional marketing strategist, helping B2B and industrial companies turn strategy into market momentum. I bridge the gap between leadership alignment and execution—bringing positioning clarity, demand generation, and modern marketing systems to organizations that need more predictable growth.

 

With over 30 years of experience in marketing and advertising, I bring a unique blend of strategic expertise, people leadership, and agile execution.

 

My background includes serving as a global Marketing Director and Managing Director at an advertising agency, working across industries such as:

My career began in consulting, focused on research and human behavior—an experience that shaped my lifelong passion for understanding what drives decisions and performance. I went on to manage and grow iconic brands like Goodyear, Louisiana Pacific, Glidden, and others. This breadth of experience allows me to develop and implement practical, innovative strategies that consistently drive measurable results.
