Claire is an Australian entrepreneur and certified Scaling Upā„¢ coach.
Like all entrepreneurs, Claire experienced the highs and lows of starting and scaling a business ā€“ Asiaā€™s first mobile commerce software platform for retail.
Claire supports fellow entrepreneurs and leaders through Scaling Up coaching and research specific to scaling.
Claire has 30 yearsā€™ experience leading and managing innovation-led businesses in Australia, Asia and Europe.
As a founder of a tech-platform for the retail property sector, Claire experienced first-hand the successes and challenges of start-up life, exiting through a direct sale in 2017.
She has held executive and board roles in ASX-listed firm, venture-backed startups and blue-chip media and manufacturing firms including Procter & Gamble and Fairfax.
Claire is an advisor to portfolio investors and Government innovation arms and tech hubs.
Claire is also an Industry Fellow at the University of Technology Sydney, Transdisciplinary School, and has authored several research publications on entrepreneurship and scaling companies.
